Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition of items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.
How to return
To start a return, contact us via the contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm and give you the return address.
Return postage
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked service — we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 7 days. You'll be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end.
Faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort it — replacement or full refund, including return postage.
